EVERY ELECTION the problem of orderliness, discipline and lack tactfulness is almost intentionally done every elections....

1sr chaos - teachers should be not late in the opening of their precint, at this early prepartions should be made to avoid delays...
in the posting of precints, the 2nd stage of chaos, lack of orderliness, again in the experience in the elections a simple posting of names be readily be available for viewing in advance from the date of election, a duplicate copy be posted in the hallway for better viewing away from precints or online computer to check
lack of discipline are reactions to the very poor performance at the initial stages of elections....
with all the reasons present in the elections, there is no surprIse to the possibilties of cheating...
